基本信息：
郑立斐，男，博士，讲师，硕士研究生导师，任公共安全科学技术学会城市基础设施智能建造与安全运维专业委员会青年委员。主要从事岩土与地下工程、道路安全智慧运维等方面的研究工作。近年来，主持省教育厅青年项目、重点实验室基金等项目3项，参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、省厅科技重大项目等纵向科研课题10余项，开展工程检测与监测、工程设计咨询等社会技术服务20余项。以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI收录学术论文13篇，授权专利9项，软著1项，参编国家和团体标准3部，获湖北省科技进步奖二等奖1项。
